GMW’s Inspection Systems
GMW utilizes modern, high-end digital inspection equipment, including two Mitutoyo CMMs. Our Crysta-apex CMM incorporates a PH20, ultra-high-speed 5-axis touch-trigger probe. Smooth 5-axis control drastically reduces measurement time (typically 40-65%) for probe rotation. The 5-axis design provides a highly-efficient “head touch” measurement method by moving the probe head only in two axes.
